Bits and pieces of Forbidden Planet (IMDb) occasionally surface in my work. I don't think this is the first time and I am certain it will not be the last. If you've never seen it, and you like science fiction (even a little), go rent it. Buy it, if you can. You won't be disappointed.
I'm particularly proud of the tattooed child in this piece. From his expression (took a bit to get that just the way I wanted) to how he fades into shadow. I think he wants to be in another scene... not sure what, yet. I'm open to suggestions.
